SCOPE OF WORK

WEBSITE RE-DESING & DEVELOPMENT

Founded in 2018, KOIBITO POKĒ is run by Former MLB Pitcher, 3x World Series Champion, 2x Best Selling Author, Co-Founder & CEO of KOIBITO POKĒ Todd Stottlemyre who helped lead the brand’s expansion throughout Arizona. The company aims to set itself apart from others by serving healthy food that has great advantages to building the body’s immune system — and by a commitment not to follow the standard but to become it.

THE GOAL

The overarching objective of the Koibito Poke project was to execute a comprehensive redesign and redevelopment of their antiquated website, transforming it into a standout digital presence within the local Poke restaurant industry.

The clients desired a website that not only accurately reflected their brand theme and colors but also prominently featured white as the dominant design hue. The ultimate vision was a user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and technologically sophisticated website that truly personifies the Koibito Poke experience."

Koibito Poke's original website, developed with a standard WordPress builder, had a retro feel that, sadly, wasn't quite in line with today's design trends. Information was scattered about, making it feel a bit like a scavenger hunt for visitors. Even with its unique character, it just didn't keep up with the competitors' more polished online presence. This made it a bit of a struggle for Koibito Poke to connect with customers online and truly showcase the top-notch food and fun atmosphere they're renowned for.

The unveiling of Koibito Poke's revamped website was met with exceptional enthusiasm from the clients. The comprehensive and intuitive presentation of information on the new site has since fueled a surge in both customer engagement and franchise inquiries.

While the website was initially built using Webflow, to cater to the client's needs, it was subsequently converted to WordPress, a platform more familiar to their team.

The project was not only a tremendous success but also a source of immense satisfaction for the clients, who were thrilled with the transformative impact of their new website on their brand visibility and customer interaction.
